  • Soil stabilization and design and execution of retaining walls and perimeter pile driving to the required depth.

Complete isolation of the structure against subsurface waters based on relevant codes.

Building Facility Features:

The cooling and heating system of the residential and commercial units of this building is a chiller type with ceiling-mounted fan coils.

The building’s electrical and mechanical systems are designed to be fully intelligent, and all residential and commercial units and common areas are equipped with an emergency power system through a diesel generator for power outages.

 

General Architectural Specifications of the Building:

The 10-story Aksin Zaferanieh residential and commercial complex has two commercial units with a total area of 1291 square meters, including its half-floors. This building also has 15 luxurious three-bedroom residential units with special facilities, with areas of 230, 270, and 280 square meters on each floor, and a total net area of 3900 square meters on all floors with residential use.

The ground floor, in addition to commercial use, includes common areas (lobby), stairs, two elevators, and three underground parking floors that provide 126 parking spaces for all floors of the building are other components of this design.

The engine room and storage, buffet, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and gym are located on the negative fourth floor.

This building, with its attractive classical facade, adorned with the best travertine stones and monolithic columns, attracts the attention of viewers and passersby. The lighting of this facade doubles its attractiveness at night.
