To meet the accommodation needs of tourists visiting Mazandaran province, especially guests who come to benefit from the services of the Oxin Land complex and its banquet halls, the construction of the Luxurious Oxin Hotel was initiated and fully completed in 2017. The land allocated for the hotel covers approximately 5,000 square meters, with a built-up area of around 4,000 square meters. This hotel features 23 rooms, each with a minimum area of 30 square meters.
