Overview of the Project

The Oxin Izadshahr Commercial Center is situated on a plot of land measuring 3,600 square meters on the eastern side of the Bahar Narenj residential area.

The location of the project is on the coastal road, in close proximity to important tourist cities and destinations such as Noor, Mahmoudabad, Royan, and others. The land is a triangular-shaped plot with an area of 3,600 square meters, located on the northern side of the Mahmoudabad-Noor coastal road. It has a 60-meter frontage along the main road, offering a unique view and exceptional commercial investment opportunities.

Being just one kilometer from Izadshahr, which includes several affluent residential and villa communities such as Aram Shahr, Akam Shahr, Bahar Narenj, Pezeshkan, Ziba Shahr, Shia Shahr, Delkadeh, Amirabad, Abi Kenar, Ayandeh Saz, and Kaj Mahal, highlights the significant potential of this area for establishing a modern commercial center.

The Oxin Izadshahr Complex covers a built-up area of 7,760 square meters, occupying 100% of the plot’s surface area. The project is designed and constructed across four floors, detailed as follows: the ground floor, Ground floor and half ground floor, and the first floor are designated for commercial use, while the second floor is dedicated to a restaurant (food court).

Construction of this project began in 2015 and was completed in 2017.
