The Oxin Coastal commercial, recreational, administrative, and hotel tower, with a built-up area of 57,000 square meters, is under construction in Ahvaz, the heart of Iran’s oil industry. Rising to a height of over 130 meters across 31 floors, this project addresses the growing demand for luxurious accommodation and office spaces in Ahvaz. Additionally, 14,000 square meters will be dedicated to common areas, 3,000 square meters to service spaces, and 8,000 square meters to parking, providing a spacious and easily accessible area for visitors.
