The Luxurious Oxin Hall is another significant part of the Oxin Land complex, which was inaugurated in 2017 with the presence of national figures and renowned artists. The land allocated for this hall and its associated spaces is approximately 10,300 square meters. The hall itself, which is constructed on a single level, has a built-up area of about 4,800 square meters. The architecture of this hall, featuring two separate halls each with a capacity of 1,200 guests, is designed in such a way that there is not a single column in the middle of the space.

By reconfiguring the seating arrangement, the Luxurious Oxin Hall can be transformed into a concert venue, where several successful performances by prominent artists have already taken place.
