Overall Project Introduction:

The Oxin Mahmoudabad commercial center, with a built-up area of 9400 square meters, is located 3 kilometers east of Mahmoudabad.

The site is located near Mahmoudabad, next to the coastal road and adjacent to the Caspian Sea.

Since Mahmoudabad is the center of the surrounding small cities and many tourist towns have grown around the city, this area has become one of the important tourist destinations in the province.

The villa-like nature of the area and the attraction of a large number of travelers throughout the year make it necessary to create a modern commercial center that, in addition to providing for the needs of travelers and local residents, has recreational potential such as a stylish restaurant and an equipped beach with facilities such as a boat dock. The project has been targeted and planned in this regard.

The Oxin Mahmoudabad complex, with a built-up area of 11500 square meters, is built on 80% of the occupied area.

The building is designed over 5 floors including:
